Background: This hero workout is dedicated to Officer Michael “Mike” Mosher, Overland Park Police, KS, who died on May 3, 2020, during a gunfight with a suspect In Overland Park, Kansas where he served with the Police Department for over 14 years.

On the day of his death, Officer Mosher was on the way to work when he saw a hit-and-run accident. After notifying dispatch, Officer Mosher followed the fleeing vehicle until it stopped. The driver confronted Officer Mosher and a shootout ensued, killing both Officer Mosher and the driver.
