Run 800m together. Both partners must be inside before starting barbell movements.

Cleans and snatches to be split however (1 working / 1 resting)

** 30 Minute Time Cap**

Double Grace = 60 Clean & Jerks

Double Isabel = 60 Snatches

Scaling Options:

Run 600m (400m + 200m)

Option A- 115/75 C&J and Snatch

Option B – 95/65 C&J and Snatch
