Score = Total T2B

Toes to Bar should be unbroken each round. Once you break, start over with 400m run again.

Make sure your feet are off the ground!

Scaling Options:

This is a good opportunity to practice quality reps on T2B. Make them challenging and bring knees as high as possible.
