10 Burpees Over Partner
15 DB Box Step Overs (20″ box)
20 Sit Ups
* Rest 1 minute between and repeat for 5 total rounds
* Pick up where you left off each time and keep running total of rounds / reps.
1 Working / 1 Resting / 1 Pacer Completes 100m Farmer Carry with DBs or KBs. Switch roles when pacer returns from carry.
