** COVID-19 GUIDELINES**
Class sizes are capped due to limited capacity as directed by the state of FL. All visitors must reserve a spot to attend class. If there is no space in a class, you will not be able to workout.
We require that all visitors must have a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience. Please signup for class, prepay and sign the waiver at the link below. We can get very busy during the summer months, so sign up ASAP to reserve your spot! See you soon!

What are your drop in rates?
We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us! If you are just passing through, we have options for daily drop in ($15) or a weekly pass ($60). You can sign up at the link below.
What are your class times?
Our schedule can change throughout the year, so be sure to check our current class schedule here before coming by.
Can I do my own programming?
No, due to our space requirements, we cannot accommodate special programming or WODs outside of what our class is doing.
Do you require experience to drop in?
We do require at least 3 months of CrossFit experience at an affiliate for all drop ins.
Do you have any open gym time?
We don't currently offer any official "open gym" time. We do, however, have a lifting area in the back that is first come, first serve during normal CrossFit class times. Please note that the CrossFit class always takes priority for equipment and space. You can check our current class schedule here.
Do you have shirts / tanks for sale?
Yes, we do have shirts and tanks available for purchase for $25 each. Sorry, but we do not do combo deals or free drop ins with a shirt purchase.

- Daily Drop In Rate for One Class
- Minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience required.
Weekly Drop In Pass
- Visits expire after 1 week. Cannot be shared or transferred.
- Minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience required.
