What’s your drop-in policy?
We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us! If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $10 per day or $40 for 5 visits. It’d be great if you’d plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before scheduled class time to get settled in. You can find our class schedule, sign up and fill out you waiver in advance here.
We do require at least 3 months of CrossFit experience for all drop ins. You can view our WOD here.
Do you have any open gym time?
We don’t currently offer any official “open gym” time. We do, however, have a lifting area in the back that is first come, first serve during normal CrossFit class times. Please note that the CrossFit class always takes priority for equipment and space. You can check our current class schedule here.
How do I request to freeze or cancel my membership?
To request a hold or cancellation of your membership, we require a 5 day notice prior to your renewal date. You can submit your request here.
