In it’s true definition CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s fitness at it finest. Each day is different, so you’ll never get bored with the same old routine. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Specialty Courses are a chance for you to, well, get specific and focus in on a certain type of activity or skill. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are: Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength, Buns n’ Guns, Endurance, and many more! We run 6-week Specialty Courses throughout the year. All specialty classes are capped so that all athletes get focused attention to help them improve their skills.
As a member, you will receive notification of new Specialty Courses via our private Facebook group or newsletter two weeks before the courses launch.
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Looking for a unique party? We offer private parties for kids birthdays, sports teams or even adults! We can set up an obstacle course for a fun and active party, play few games and provide time for food/cake.
